Where do you ship to?
- Original artwork ships within the United States and Canada
- Art prints ship to Austraila, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, UK and USA
When will I get my order?
- Orders ship with within 2-5 business days for orders in the US. See Printful for international shipping information. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Thank you for being patient!
How are your prints packaged?
-Prints are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps. Original art and bookmarks are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a rigid mailer. I do not use plastic sleeves for environmental reasons but I make sure your art arrives safely!
What are Giclée prints?
- Giclée (pronounced Gee’clay) is the best way to produce archival reproductions of fineart. Giclées are printed with pigment-based inks and there is no significant fading in pigment-based inks. The inks are archival certified and if treated properly, will last a lifetime.
How are your products made?
- My art prints are made through Printful, a print-on-demand company! All my original artwork is made by myself and shipped out from Alexandria, VA. :)
Do you offer returns/refunds?
Unfortunately, I do not offer returns or refunds. If your product arrives damaged, please send a picture of the damaged product within 3 days with your order number to [email protected] and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
